Q) Will my copper jewellery turn green?

Your copper is treated with a high quality conservators wax that helps protect against environmental stress caused by everyday wear. This wax will help protect but will not last forever.

Q) How do I maintain my jewellery piece?

The best way to maintain your copper is to keep it clean. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after each wearing. You can add a high quality wax polish to maintain the shine and keep your piece protected from oxidation. If your piece starts to oxidize, there is a cleaning pad in your box you can remove it with or you can clean it with Twinkle Copper Cleaner or Brasso and finish with wax polish. Keeping your copper clean is the key to maintaining the shine and luster of your piece over a lifetime.

Q) Do you offer a warranty?

Studio Natalie offers a lifetime limited manufacturers warranty for all its jewelry, which includes manufacturers defects. The lifetime limited manufacturers warranty does not cover wear or tear of items, including cracking of glass, chain breakage or tarnish due to lack of care. Q) How soon can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are created in small batches by hand. If products are in stock, they will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. If the product is custom, it can take up to 6 weeks to complete. We thank you in advance for your patience, as each unique work takes hours to complete.
